1. No Refunds on Custom Orders
Since each t-shirt is custom-made based on the details you provide, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or there was an error in the customization. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for the defective or incorrect product. To process your request, please provide:
- A description of the issue.
- A photo of the defect or incorrect customization.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

All orders are custom-made and typically take 5-7 business days to process before being shipped. Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer standard shipping via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping method and location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Please note that Custom Teacher Tees is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost during shipping. In case of a delayed or missing package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
4. Shipping Areas
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS, but please note that some expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
