1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply visit our shop, choose your customization options (school name, name, position, icons, etc.), and add the item to your cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
2. What information can I customize on my t-shirt?
You can personalize your shirt with up to 4 lines, including your school name, your name, subject or position, and icons that represent what you do.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process before being shipped. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is also available.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an error with your order or the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement.
5. What are the shipping options?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently only ship within the United States.
6. How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments securely through Stripe, which allows you to use most major credit cards.
8. How do I report a problem with my order?
If there’s an issue with your order, such as incorrect customization or a defect, please email us at info@customteachertees.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
9. Do you sell internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
